If you are a person, who wants to work in a forward moving business that is all year round ,in an office environment and be part of a team we would like to hear your story.

The ideal person is already very comfortable working on computers, is open to continuous training and skill building, has a pleasant way about them and a super phone manner, drives, and a knowledge of Quickbooks would be an advantage but not essential as the business will train you anyway. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative when the situation demands also.

What to expect on the job are listed below,


  • Minimum 3 years office experience
  • French Language in an office role, although not essential would be desirable
  • Strong administration, time management and organisational skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office & Apple Mac packages
  • Used to Managing filing system
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills :
  • Handling International and national orders including shipments orders
  • Expect to be Dealing with Customers queries
  • Overseeing yearly schedules.
  • Ordering of stock and maintaining records of stock in house
  • Oversee HACCP manuals and inspections.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Arrange necessary repairs when arising
