New Client Procedure

If you are interested in becoming a valued client of Kevin Barry & Co. Accountants, these are the steps below.

 

Step 1: Completing out new client questionnaire

This simple questionnaire lets us know what you do and what you are involved in and provides an insight of what services may benefit your business. It takes 3 minutes.

Step 2:  Business Check-list

Next we will email you a check-list of all the items we need you to bring into us. This ensures all work will be carried out correctly. No obligation on using our services is needed at this stage.

 

Step 3:  Make an Appointment

Next we would like to meet you usually at your business premises or at our offices (or  more and more by Skype initially).

 

Step 4 Agree the assignment to be completed:

  • Agree the fee.
  • Sign an Engagement Letter.
  • Job will be completed and hopefully you, the client, will be happy.
  • You will pay us via the pre-agreed arrangement and hopefully live happily ever after.
